UK Water needs radical change

There is a huge amount wrong with the UK water system and much that isn't wrong but needs fixing. This is certainly a "Change" agenda for the new govt. But carrying on in the way we are won't address the fundamental problems.
Dieter Helm argues that the approach taken by Ofwat in the current "Price review" regime simply will not address the issues in the UK water and waste water sector and deliver a system tfit for today and the future. We need to start with what we need not what we have. I agree.
